Natural materials
Wheat is a natural grain, so density and moisture content vary between harvests. Corduroy also has a little give, so finished dimensions move slightly with stitching and filling.
Hand finishing
Each pack is filled and stitched by hand rather than by machine line. That's why we describe dimensions and weights as approximate.
What isn't normal
Variation in size and feel is normal. Damaged seams, escaping wheat, scorching or uneven heating are not — see our care guide for when to replace a pack.
